"If you are reading this testimonial and deciding if you are going to hire Maria or some one else, my recommendation is to stop reading, call Maria, and hire her! My home, which i thought was perfect, had been on the market 2 years ago without an offer so I decided to rent it and go the "for sale by owner route.". After multiple showings I began to see the home through a buyer's eye and could see its shortcomings. However, I was still in denial and figured the right buyer with "vision" would come along and make me an offer. That didn't happen but I kept trying while Maria reached out to me every few months to see if I was ready for help yet. By the time I finally accepted my fate, I had built a relationship with Maria based on trust and credibility and we strategized about options for selling my house fast. She even created a spreadsheet to clarify the differences in the options and then I chose one and we got to work.
